Detour in Mainz-Amöneburg (From 2.9./ For several months)

From Tuesday, 2.9.2025, Wiesbadener Landstraße in Amöneburg will be closed in various sections for several months. In the first detour phase, lines 6 and 33 in the direction of Mainz and Kostheim will be affected. Replacement stops have been set up for the Mudra-Kaserne stop in the direction of Kostheim and the Dyckerhoffstraße stop in the direction of Wiesbaden.

Phase 1 from 2.9.2025 until further notice

Direction Kostheim

The buses in the direction of Kostheim leave their regular route after the Wiesbaden Ost train station stop, turn right onto Albertstraße, left onto Biebricher Straße and continue straight on to the Otto-Suhr-Ring/Wiesbadener Straße junction. Line 6 then turns right back onto its normal route and line 33 goes straight ahead and back onto its normal route.

The Niederfeldstraße stop on the detour route will be served. A replacement stop will be set up for the Mudra-Kaserne stop approx. 100 meters before reaching the Wiesbadener Straße junction.

Please note: Passengers who have to change from line 9 to line 6 in Amöneburg on Sundays should preferably use the Niederfeldstraße stop. Alternatively, you can change at Mudra-Kaserne, but you will have to walk to the Mudra-Kaserne replacement stop in Biebricher Straße.

Direction Wiesbaden

The regular route applies here, but an alternative stop will be set up for the Dyckerhoffstraße stop approx. 50 meters before the junction with Dyckerhoffstraße.
