For the home match of 1. FSV Mainz 05 against FC Augsburg on 07.02.2026 at 15:30 there will again be additional trips between the main station and the MEWA-Arena.
Special buses main station - MEWA-Arena
Departures will start at 12:00 from the main station from the Alicenstraße ramp (stop area S).
After the end of the match, buses will depart from the special Arena stop on Saarstraße, stop areas A + B (bus) to the main station from 17:15 until around 19:00.
The vehicles will run at regular intervals according to the number of passengers without intermediate stops and thus reach their destination within 5 minutes.
Passengers wishing to board the bus at the stops Hauptbahnhof West / Mainzer Taubertsberg Bad + Spa, Universität / Haupteingang (no stop for bus lines 54, 56, 57 and 58 at this stop) or Friedrich-von-Pfeiffer-Weg / Universität are requested to take lines 54, 56 or 58 to the Kisselberg stop or streetcars 51, 53 or 59 to the Jakob-Heinz-Straße / Arena stop.
For users of the Bruchwegstadion parking lot, we recommend boarding streetcar lines 51, 53 and 59 at the stops Universität / Haupteingang B.

Before the game:
Additional trips from the city districts / suburbs directly to the arena will take place from approx. 13:00:
- Line 54 from Klein-Winternheim/Bahnhof
- Line 56 from Wackernheim/Rathausplatz
- Line 57 from Kastel/Krautgärten
- Line 58 from Bischofsheim/Treburer Straße and Finthen/Theodor-Heuss-Straße
- Line 68 from Budenheim/Hauptstraße and Hochheim/Altenwohnheim
Line 78 from Finthen/Römerquelle, from Daniel-Brendel-Straße directly to Kisselberg
After the game:
The regular service will be reinforced with additional trips as required from around 5:30 pm:- Line 51 (from the out-of-town Kisselberg stop to Lerchenberg)
- Lines 56, 58 and 78 (all from the Kisselberg D stop)
- Line 68 to Hochheim (from the Kisselberg C stop)
For safety reasons, the stops will be closed from 17:15 to 18:15:
- Jakob-Heinz-Straße/Arena in both directions
- Mainz University of Applied Sciences, stop area A (in the direction of the city center)
