Due to maintenance work by DB InfraGo, some RE 3, RB 72 and RB 73 trains will be canceled between Saarbrücken main station and Sulzbach (Saar) as well as Saarbrücken and Merchweiler in the late evening and night hours from April 24 to 25, 2026. On the RB 72, the section between Saarbrücken main station and Illingen (Saar) will be canceled. A rail replacement service (SEV) is available for all canceled stops. The SEV for the RB 72 in the direction of Lebach-Jabach is extended to Illingen due to a lack of accessibility. During the night hours, a RB 73 between Saarbrücken main station and Türkismühle runs earlier.
