(Update, 5.11.) Lines 56, 79, 80, 91, 614: changes for approx. 2 years

From Wednesday, 5.11.2025, 10 a.m., there will again be individual journeys to and from Rathausplatz in Wackernheim on lines 56 and 91. From the timetable change on 14.12.2025, there will be more journeys to Rathausplatz again and line 80 will then also run through Wackernheim again.

The Rathausplatz stop is no longer available. Journeys starting and finishing at Rathausplatz will terminate at the Große Hohl stop instead.

In Ingelheim, the slightly shorter route will result in slight adjustments to journey times.

Changes to school transport to Ingelheim IGS
Since 26.8., the 7:21 a.m. journey on route 56 from Wackernheim / Große Hohl to Ingelheim IGS has been canceled. Instead, line 80 will run from Wackernheim / Mühlstraße via Heidesheim at 7:22 am.

Pupils from the Große Hohl stop should take line 56 at 7:11 am to Ingelheim station (arrival 7:23 am). From there, the following departures to Ingelheim IGS will take place:

  • 7:25 a.m., line 611
  • 7:35 a.m., line 611
  • 7:36 a.m., line 80
  • 7:44 a.m., line 611

Line 79

There will only be one adjustment to the timetable on line 79: The 7:18 a.m. trip from Heidenfahrt to Ingelheim will be canceled. It will be replaced by a journey on line 80, which will run via Heidenfahrt.

  • Line 80

    Line 80 will have a completely new route: it will run between the stops Heidesheim / Freier Platz and Ingelheim via the stops Heidesheim / Goethestraße, Ingelheim / Im Hundsweg and Ingelheim / Linde. In Ingelheim, the Steingasse and Untere Stiftstraße stops will only be served by line 80 in the direction of Mainz. All stops in Wackernheim and the Oberdorfstraße stop in Heidesheim will be cancelled with the exception of one school trip.

    The 6:35 a.m. trip on line 80 from the main station to Ingelheim will also be routed via Heidenfahrt - as a replacement for a cancelled trip on line 79.

    For trips

    • between Wackernheim and Ingelheim, please use line 56.
    • Between Wackernheim / Mühlstraße and Heidesheim, line 614 of the INGmobil will run as a substitute.
    • Between the (remaining) stops in Wackernheim and Heidesheim, Uhlerborn or Budenheim, it is necessary to change trains in Ingelheim.
