Information for employers
The employer's subsidy for the D-Ticket Job can be paid via two settlement procedures:
1. via payroll accounting
The amount of € 59.85 is to be paid by the user via credit card or PayPal in the app.
The employer pays the subsidy of at least 25% (= €15.75) to their employees via payroll accounting. The amount of the subsidy can be chosen individually by the company, but must be at least 25% of the ticket costs.
2. via invoicing
The maximum amount of € 44.10 is to be paid by you as a user via credit card or PayPal in the app.
Kommunalverkehr Rhein-Nahe GmbH (KRN) is the responsible sales office and invoices your employer's subsidy of at least 25% per D-Ticket Job used (= €15.75) per month.
Does your employer want to change the subsidy? No problem. This is done in an amendment to the contract, which requires 3 months' notice.
