On April 4, it's time again: Citizens in Budenheim can take advantage of the 0-Euro Saturday and travel by bus and train for free! The initiative has now been extended up to and including June 2026 and allows travel on the first Saturday of every month:
- Within Budenheim,
- Between Budenheim and Mainz
- Within Mainz
Free use is possible without a ticket, starts at 00:00 and ends the following Sunday at 05:00, analogous to the "0-Euro-Saturday" timetable in Mainz.

The extension is a further step towards attractive and climate-friendly mobility in the region.
