The "Ringticket Bacharach" of the Bingen-Rüdesheimer Schifffahrtsgesellschaft is now available as a KombiTicket. This adds a convenient and sustainable way to travel to and from the popular tourist circuit on the Middle Rhine - initially for the Bacharach ring ticket - by bus and train throughout the entire RNN network area.
"The Bacharach ring ticket combines boat trips, cable cars and hiking to create an
exciting experience along the Rhine: from a relaxing boat trip to
impressive views and exercise in nature," says Oliver Pohl, operator of
Bingen-Rüdesheimer Schifffahrtsgesellschaft. "Our guests should be able to enjoy their trip from the very beginning
. Thanks to the RNN-KombiTicket, getting to and from
is also easy by bus and train, without having to search for a parking space or buy additional tickets."
By local transport, passengers can reach the nearby
Bacharach train station on their way to the landing stage. The regional lines RB26 and RE2 as well as bus lines 691,
692 and 693 stop there.
The RNN-KombiTicket is valid on the day of travel printed on it for all non-surchargeable
means of transport in the network area, in second class on trains. The validity ends at 4
on the following day. The prerequisite is that you have a correspondingly marked
ticket with the RNN-KombiTicket logo. If you buy your ticket in advance, you can travel directly to
with the KombiTicket. If the ticket is purchased on site, a regular
ticket is required for the outward journey. The Ringticket then serves as a
ticket for the return journey.
