Lines 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 60, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 70, 71, 78, 80, 81, 90, 91, 93: Detours in downtown Mainz (Sept. 24–26)

From Thursday, September 24, through Saturday, September 26, 2026, “Mainz leuchtet – The Late Light Festival” will take place in downtown Mainz. On all days, Ludwigsstraße will be closed fromapproximately 7:00 p.m. to approximately 11:45 p.m., so bus routes traveling along that street will have to be rerouted. In addition, we are once again offering our event ticket.

Lines 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 60, 63, 80, 81, 90, and 91:

The Höfchen / Listmann (stops A and B) and Schillerplatz stops will be omitted. Please use the stops listed below instead:

Toward the Main Station

  • Rheingoldhalle / Rathaus (last stop before the detour)
  • Höfchen / Listmann, stop area D (at the corner of Schusterstraße and Quintinsstraße, on line 68 toward Budenheim)
  • Schusterstraße, stop area B (on Line 68 toward Budenheim)
  • Bauhofstraße, stop area C (line 68 toward Budenheim)
  • Neubrunnenplatz / Römerpassage (Line 6 toward Gonsenheim)
  • Münsterplatz, Stop B (first stop after the detour)

Toward Kastel / Brückenkopf
