The Mainz Oktoberfest will take place on the next two weekends, October 23–25 and October 29–31, 2026.
Partygoers can take Line 69 directly to the Messepark, getting off at the “Energiepark Mainz/Messe” stop. Lines 66, 67, and 660 also run to the “Messe Ost” stop—from there, it’s a five-minute walk to the festival grounds.
During the festival, buses on Line 660 heading toward Undenheim or Alzey will make additional evening stops at the “Energiepark Mainz/Messe” stop : on Thursdays and Fridays starting at 9 p.m., and on Saturdays starting at 10 p.m. On Sunday, October 25, between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., the line will serve the stop in both directions.
An additional bus will run between “Energiepark Mainz/Messe” and Bodenheim via Harxheim, Lörzweiler, and Nackenheim. This bus departs at 12:20 a.m. on the nights from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday. On the first weekend, this service will be provided by CityBus mobil; on the second weekend, by KRN.
On behalf of the Mainz Oktoberfest, shuttle buses operated by CityBus mobil will run between Mainz Central Station C, Pariser Tor E, Mühldreieck H, and Energiepark Messe. Only the stops listed above will be served. You can find the operating hours, service intervals, and further information on the Mainzer Mobilität website (Mainzer Mobilität is not the operator of the shuttle buses!).
