Due to the Harvest Festival in Heidesheim, there will be detours and service cancellations on October 3, 2026, and October 4, 2026.
Affected routes: 79 and 614
Route 79:
On Saturday, October 3, 2026, Route 79 will serve all stops according to schedule until 6:00 p.m. After that, Route 79 coming from Mainz will run according to schedule as far as the Am Rehkampf stop, then continue via the highway to Ingelheim Ost. All stops in Heidenfahrt will be served according to schedule again. After that, the route will proceed directly to the “Im Hundsweg” stop. Service in the opposite direction will follow the same pattern.
On Saturday, starting at 6:00 p.m., the Heidesheim Bahnhof (alternate stop) and Goethestr. stopswill not be served.
On Sunday, October 4, 2026,Line 79 will run as scheduled from Mainz to Uhlerborn. It will then continue via the highway to Ingelheim Ost. The next stop to be served again is Im Hundsweg. Service in the opposite direction will follow the same pattern.
On Sunday , the following stopswill notbe served: Heidesheim Sandmühle, Mainzer Str., Am Rehkampf, Bahnhof (alternate stop), Goethestr., and—in Heidenfahrt—the stops Unteraue, Auxonner Str., and Kirchenweg.
Line 614:
From 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2026, until midnight on Sunday, October 4, 2026,Line 614 will not run from Ingelheim to Heidesheim and Wackernheim. This section of the route will be completely suspended from the Ingelheim train station during this period.
