Several construction sites in the Mainz-Bingen district during the summer break (June 29–August 7)

During the summer break, there will be several construction sites in the Mainz-Bingen district and the surrounding area:

Essenheim (June 29–August 7)

  • Affected routes: 630, 653, 654, and 656
  • No service will be provided at the stops “Essenheim, Finther Weg,” “Essenheim, Rathaus,” and “Essenheim, Domherrngärten”
  • Service will be provided at the alternate stops “Essenheim, Elsheimer Straße” and “Essenheim, Am Römerberg”

Bosenheim-Pfaffen-Schwabenheim (June 29–September 26)

  • Affected lines: 233 and 630
  • Line 630 will run nonstop between Sprendlingen, Europakreisel, and Bad Kreuznach, Bosenheimer Kreisel
  • Line 223 will operate on a detour via Bad Kreuznach – Bosenheim – Volxheim – Pleitersheim – Badenheim – Pfaffen-Schwabenheim and Sprendlingen
  • Route 223 will operate a basic service on weekends and in the evenings
  • Trips on Route 223 to and from Gensingen can serve “Sprendlingen, Bahnhof,” eastern Sprendlingen, and “Welgesheim, Bahnhof”
  • “Gensingen, Bahnhof” can only be served in one direction → Passengers boarding in Gensingen and at “Gensingen, Bahnhof” are asked to ride to the “Gensingen, Handelshof” stop and continue from there on the same line in the opposite direction

Oppenheim (July 11–July 31)

  • Affected lines: 640, 644, and 646
  • Lines 640 and 646 will only run to and from the “Nierstein, Bahnhof” stop
  • Line 644 runs directly from the “Oppenheim, Landskrongalerie” stop via Weinolsheim and Friesenheim to Köngernheim

Bodenheim (June 29–July 18)

  • Affected route: 69
  • No service to the “Bodenheim, Langreh” and “Bodenheim, Dolles” stops

Gau-Bischofsheim (July 20–August 9)

  • Affected lines: 69 and 660
  • Starting July 20, all stops in Gau-Bischofsheim on Line 69 will be skipped except for the “Abzweig Steigstraße” stop
  • Starting July 27, Line 660 will skip all stops in Gau-Bischofsheim except for the “Abzweig Steigstraße” stop
  • On all scheduled trips that normally pass through Lörzweiler, Line 660 will also stop at “Harxheim, Am Wickgarten” and “Gau-Bischofsheim, Abzweig Steigstraße”
  • Line 69 runs once per hour from Mainz-Hechtsheim – “Gau-Bischofsheim, Abzweig Steigstraße” – Harxheim – Lörzweiler – Nackenheim to Bodenheim. / The second trip per hour, coming from Mainz, ends at the Hechtsheim Exhibition Center

Ober-Hilberhseim – Engelstadt (Starting at the end of August for approximately 4 months)

  • Affected lines: 625 and 626
  • Routes run from Ingelheim via Schwabenheim – Engelstadt and Ingelheim – Gau-Algesheim – Appenheim to Ober-Hilbersheim
