Due to a complete closure of the road through Bruchweiler near Idarwaldstraße 7, the following detour is in effect for buses on Route 840 until further notice:
Detour route:
The route runs via Sensweiler to Bruchweiler.
Line 840:
- In Katzenloch, buses will first continue straight ahead and then turn right after Katzenloch.
- In Bruchweiler, buses will turn around in the parking lot. The “Bruchweiler Ort ” stop will be served.
- Afterward, the buses will resume their regular route.
Stops that are not served:
- Katzenloch Sägewerk
→ Alternative stop: Katzenloch Idarbach - All stops in Kempfeld
- All stops in Schauren
Passengers whose trip begins or ends in Kempfeld or Schauren are asked to use Line 890 or the on-demand bus on Line 899 as an alternative.
