| Refundable | Cancellation: is possible at the end of each month. Cancellation must be made in writing to the issuing transport company. In the event of termination within the first 12 months, the difference to the monthly ticket will be charged subsequently. Reimbursement: Annual travelcards are only reimbursed in the event of illness lasting more than 7 days due to inability to travel. |
